Policies

PrimeLabs Testing and Screening and its team ensure that sanitation is our #1 PRIORITY. Proper disinfecting practices are in full effect.

  • All clients/customers will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY!

  • No group appointments will be permitted.

  • Masks will be worn by all employees while performing services.

  • PrimeLabs Testing and Screening will also be providing unworn masks to clients/customers for use during their appointment.

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of tools, surfaces, and/or linens will be done after every client/customer.

  • This type of cleaning will continue with each day of operation.

We value your health and well-being. If you have experienced flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, it may be best to reschedule your appointment. Receiving services today could possibly enhance the symptoms and we want you to feel your best after the services.

GUEST SERVICE CANCELLATION

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all testing services. 

TESTING CENTER INFORMATION

We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment; if you are a first-time client, a client consultation form will be completed prior to service.

LATE ARRIVALS

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service and will be responsible for full-service fees.

CHILDREN & TEENS

The minimum age requirement for services is defined by local, city and state ordinances. Children under 12 are not permitted in lab and testing area or treatment rooms unless being served. Please arrange for childcare prior to visit.
