Test Preparations

PrimeLabs Testing and Screening staff creates a safe and comfortable atmosphere to make your testing collection process as secure, quick, and relaxed as possible while protecting your privacy.

When visiting a lab, you should bring:
 

• The CCF test request form from a health care professional / employer / agency requesting the laboratory testing.

• A photo ID (for example, a driver's license or employee identification badge)

Note: You may not bring children inside the collection area during a drug screen procedure.
